Plugin Livechat new version can not update

I have the following problem, which means I can not solve.The wonder is not supposed new update for live chat, which means I can not take off. This is what I want to report a bug, but unfortunately no such option is not available.

Clear your temp folder and browser cache I do not see that issues in my upgrade section you might have to insert the chat module manually.

The one thing I do not understand if you login and go to Download page, you can see next.





If you click to HostBill Latest Versions you open download page to download last version HB.


If you click to HostBill Orderpages you get page for all Orderpages.

If you click to Commercial Plugins you get page for all Commercial Plugins.

If you click to Clientarea themes you get page for all Clientarea themes.

If you click to Provisioning Modules you get page for all Provisioning Modules.

What I want to say this and that is why we simply can not allow to undress us that what comes with the license you have. But we can only look up to we the elders licenses have a live chat while the new rules Live Chat is an additional cost. Nice let us grant or a tag that is different from what we have and that we all share to undress separately as needed and not like this.

I have exact the same issue. Was looking for the file to download and install it manually. Though, found nothing.

Do I understand properly that this is because of license issue? Are you telling us that elder license is not god enough to use a new version of Live Chat plugin?

Anything that was with hostbills old license including the chat module should still receive updates key word is should. When you go to the site and get the latest version you should extract just the file  that is in includes/modules/Other/livechat and update the file.

Finally solved the problem in the last version: 2014-03-29:2014, corrected this problem. After a successful update now everything is ok.

Did you try to upgrade is manually? put a bug report to hostbill if you have the correct license version.

I didn't get a chance to try it manually yet. Just re-tested using auto-upgrade option after noticing a message saying it works now.

What I did

1. I downloaded the latest version hostbill site and unpacked.


Found this folder includes/modules/Other/livechat and copy for local to host online.


2. After copy i'm login to my hostbill office and click to auto-update.


Of course, before update I did a complete backup, as a base and files as well as any previous time.


After update is completed all working fine.

Glad it worked for you. Sometimes its better to upgraded files manually as you might not want everything upgraded.
