Plugin Livechat new version can not update

Glad it worked for you. Sometimes its better to upgraded files manually as you might not want everything upgraded.

Believe me, I tried everything possible and impossible options from version to version, but the problem remained unsolved.

I did a manual upgrade, though still see some discrepancies.

(1) class.livechat.php file that I've backed up is the same as the one I've extracted from a newest HostBill distribution (diff command shows empty output)
(2) when I click on "Update plugins now" button I'm getting the "Unable to extract archive file /var/www/html/livechat_latest.zip" error
(3) if I manually zip includes/modules/Other/livechat/class.livechat.php, call file livechat_latest.zip, place it in var/www/html/ directory and then try to upgrade as in step 2 I'm getting the same error. When I check back in /var/www/html directory, livechat_latest.zip file is gone

Bottom line is the file most likely gets updated but system keeps reporting on version difference. Obviously, there is no permission issue as livechat_latest.zip file gets removed when "Update plugins now" button is pressed.

All this sucks.
