New Pricing Again?

Hey Everyone,

I checked out the HB website today and noticed that you now have to get a quote to use HostBill... Does that mean we get updates again since there is not an app store anymore?

he's trying so hard to be Ubersmith it's unreal.  Have you ever met a *person* or *company* so indecisive about their pricing?  I knew we were due for a pricing table update eventually, it was only 3 months or so.  This time it's a quote just in time to copy Ubersmith as if Hostbill is the same grade software.

So tired of Hostbill that i've given up on it.  We still use it but don't care if it lives or dies.

Going back to WHMCS, didn't know how good I had it.

I still wouldn't go back to WHMCS... I am thinking of moving from HB though. Kris has really let go of the software.

We are going to move back to WHMCS. They are redoing a lot of ordering templates, updating the designs. Secondly, OnApp is working closely with ModulesGarden to update their WHMCS+OnApp module. The module is now in 'beta' stage, and will blow Hostbill+OnApp modules out of the water.

Can't wait to ditch this, as we have been trying to get a quote from Hostbill for feature developments for months, nobody will give us a quote or any pricing.

It's like a flipping comedy show. I check back there at least every other week to see what's new to give me a laugh. Now he's banking on a referal system to garner more sales? Gimmie a break! I think he's hurting for new sales and it's showing....

For a software for business it's funny that it's funny to check back once in awhile for a laugh.  I do the same thing these days.  We stopped our updates and are still on 4.7.4.  Being the decision maker for my business, i've given up on Hostbill and just waiting for WHMS or similar to pop up.

Request a quote. Every single product. That's so childish. It's like kids in a schoolyard trying to make a little lunch money selling stuff of which they have no pricing coherence.

Will there be a request a quote to contact the CEO as well? Seems this page is receiving a pricing update soon since there's no price for the first product.
