i also post a screenshot as you can see all files have 06/21/2013 so for me they are replaced by the update

This is ridiculous if i'm receiving a different update.  I'm a "grandfathered" customer that owns all the old modules so why aren't i seeing any of these changes.

I have to ask, can you send me includes/core/class.domainmodule.php ?  I'm going to backup mine and try yours and see what happens.

Even with your files: Uncaught exception 'HBException' with message 'Unable to load / locate class DomainsType' in /home/*/*/*/hbf/core/class.autoload.php:127

That class.autoload.php is from you too.

There must be a class called DomainsType in a functions file somewhere that is new that i do not have right now

QuoteUnable to load / locate class DomainsType

something is missing, the question is what exactly is it

You can try to upload all files again and see what happens (without any of your modified files)

It's reasons such as this as to why having so many different versions is a bad idea.  I've downloaded 4.6.8 twice now and there are no properly updated files like you're receiving.

Edit:

I'll give it a shot, see what happens.

But if you make a backup of your complete HB folder and upload then the new files for overwrite the old ones you have nothing to loose

Yeah creating a backup now, specifically of the hbf and includes folder and going to replace those first and see what happens after the backup is complete.   I should be doing it via shell but i'm not at a computer right now

Recompiling php with latest version... were using an EOL version    5.3.25, compiling    5.3.26 just for kicks to see if it changes anything.
