Shared Hosting resources overuse

Hello,

I am trying to create a plan for shared hosting with limits and apply overuse levels and rates.
For example, basic package might start with 10 GB of storage and 100 GB of transfer. Anything over that costs more like bandwidth might be charged at $.25 per GB on overuse. I need to bill at regular rates same thing every month is easy enough, but the variables part.
I assigned Plesk and cPanel servers to HostBill and couldn't find such settings. Please let me know if it's possible?

For the PLESK module, which we use, there does not seem a way to automatically track bandwidth usage and bill on thats basis.

It would be interesting to see if the the rest of the community has a view on this.
