SolusVM won't create servers anymore, after several test when I test cron job using this hostbill test line

php -f /path/to/hostbill/admin/cron.php debug=full

I get this response :

Executing cron function for plugin #5 - SolusVM Account Synchronization
Errors during cron call:
Error: Module (SolusVm): Virtual server not found

What can I do ? I don't understand this error, where can I see complete log file of this error "virtual server not found " ?  What virtaul server is not found , where to look for ?

BRJP

That is very strange.  The error message is implying that it cannot find a virtual server.  But why would it want to find a virtual server when its creating one?

When did this start happening?  After a HostBill update?  After SolusVM update?
Kind regards,

I did not update Hostbill since same time, I don't need any side effects. I have updated SolusVM when update pop-up was on panel, I forgot when, this maybe the cause as I had no clients since then. I'am not sure what this error means. One other thing I did is to cancel one node from provider without removing from SolusVm , then , when I tried to delete the node I couldn't do it so I forced delete with
php /usr/local/solusvm/scripts/deletenode.php --level=force --comm=delete --id=[NODEID]
That's the last thing I did, I thought everyting is fine but it seems like is not.. I need to fix that problem urgently.

This sounds like the upgrade has caused an issue.

I am really sorry but you may need to wait for someone else on the forum to help or raise a support ticket with KBKP.
