Suddenly Order Pending Status even after payment ! Please help !

Hello,

Suddenly I got Order Pending Status on all new orders even after payment ! I also test it with 100% discount coupon code and I have the same result , order is pending, server is not created. If I manually create server its working, only automated task dont work. I tried to go to  General-Task List- and I have :


Module - SolusVM Account Synchronization Recent task executions failed, task has been disabled enable debug


I pushed "Executed" and I got response "Executing cron function for plugin #5 - SolusVM Account Synchronization"  but the order status is still pending and task list comes back to normal for SolusVM although its failing to do the task "Module - SolusVM Account Synchronization"  , later on on other order the error comes back.

I need urgent help.

I assume this was working recently - did the issue occur after todays new version?

I did not made the update, everything worked smooth until one client order around 10 VPS's very fast. Actually VPS creation for that particular client worked fine on first 7 orders, then the last 3 where pending although invoice status was paid, so I had to manually activate the remaining VPS's. Since then no VPS is automatically created  :-\

That is a very strange issue and I am racking my brain to think what it could be!!  The only clue is when a client ordered a lot in one go and then it stopped working.  I wonder if the multiple purchases has broke something??  Struggling to think of a cause.

Do the logs or systems logs in HB say anything at all?

Logs say nothing. Actually I keep restarted services/ added new node to products, reset crontab and it came back to normal with one old task error which I forgot about which is Import Tickets using POP method. Actually that was the first error one month ago and I keep forced enable although a warning message told me that if plugin is broken it may broke other task. So right now the automatic VPS creation works and Import Tickets using POP method error is back. when I test cron with php -f /path/to/hostbill/admin/cron.php debug=full  it say no POP account department although I got 2 departments and both email setup is POP up method.

I have the same error with pop I ended up switching everything to php mailer and the system works with no issues might need to submit a bug report to hostbill

Really exact the same issue failing to auto create VPS  ? Because my problem come back and no automatic VPS creation works..

I will do the same then !

Well,  the problem came back.. :-\  I did switched Departments email from POP Method to PIPE Method but no result. Should I change too 'Send email' from 'Hostbill main Email' to 'PHP mail() ' ?  Any other changes ?
