Can you please provide some of the HB logs or error messages and post them?

The cause of the error could be many things and we need as much information as possible to diagnose.

HostBill should output this information in the error log, which is accessible through the admin area.

What client theme and what order pages are you using to renew the domain?

This seems like a coding error but need to know what you did before you got the error.  Some further step by step screenshots could be helpful.

I dont know exactly how, but I fixed it.

I update to php 5.5 and download hostbill zip package again. I upgrade manually and it fixed

I always autoupgrade hostbill and I have the last version but when I upgrade manually, the installer script said that database was old and it need to be upgraded.

Be carefoul with Xcache and php 5.5, it returns a 500 error in admin area!! This made me crazy!
