Finding price including VAT using

Dear All,

We are trying to adjust a TAX display issue when you view services. 

In short, when you look at a service the related price is show exclusive of TAX.  When you look at a related unpaid invoice it shows inclusive of TAX. Please see screenshot for guidance.

The below reference within HostBill xxxx.tpl pages shows the price exclusive of TAX.

{$service.total|price:$currency}

I can't seem to find (or construct) a similar line that adds the TAX.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
