Removed the hyperlink because you're new and your first question / post doesn't really make much sense. If you mean will HostBill will work on a reseller account, yes it will. HostBill will work as long as there's a dedicated IP address available for your cPanel account.

Yes it will work in any server that supports PHP/MYSQL. But if you are actually asking this question I would honestly suggest you not to start your venture but I guess this post is just spam, hostgator ads, knowing Hostgagor its not weird they spam forums with advertising, they even do it in WHT hiding under supposed new users.

If this is not your case, then the links should be remove anyway to avoid advertising as its not needed for the purpose of the question.

Hello.  Yes, hostbill will have the same number of bugs and problems with any reseller account. 

However, I do not know why you would even possibly consider using hostbill when the owner of the company can't be trusted.  If you choose to use hostbill, you will most likely be very disappointed when you discover that there is no serious support, the developer does not care about you or your business, and most likely you will end up paying for your mistake to use Hostbill with lost customers.
