Support Required - Domain registration text box is not visible & useless button

Dear All,

Looking for support (willing to pay at an appropriate price) to fix some small aesthetic issues within HotBill in short order.  Two of them as attached.

1. The domain registration box is not visible no doubt due to a CSS issue that we cannot find.
2. The check button when you already have a domain does not give the user ant indication that the check is OK. You press it and nothing happens.

Please let me know if anyone is willing to help in this fix and possible others.

I think this may be related to the order pages I am uses - Table Boxes One Page.

Yes you will have to use a different order page.

I am going to ask Kris to fix these little issues and have a support ticket logged.

Getting these little issues fixed add to the User Experience and makes another Order Page work to a good standard.

You are correct there are a few order pages that do not have domain addon features working or another function that is missing. We should send a full list of pages and fixed in 1 or 2 emails so they can resolve the issues. As I have submitted 3 bug requests to him and only got a response to one not sure if they are all getting checked or just going in the trash.

We detected 4 issues during the signup process (related to Domain Component) when using Cloudy Client theme with Table Boxes one-step.  I have submitted them all with screenshots to Kris under a chargeable support ticket to get them expedited.  I am unsure whether the fixes specific to my configuration will benefit the wider community.

Table Boxes Order Page now has a visible domain registration box.  This has now been fixed and anyone downloading this Order Page from 2nd May 2014 will have the fix.

This is still in development and will let you all know when fixed.
