Shipping address on PayPal module?

From what I understand, the current HostBill's PayPal payment gateway module doesn't include shipping address information. According to PayPal MTS department, this is because it is sending "no_shipping=1", which indicated that the transaction did not need a shipping address.

Would it be possible for the module to set "no_shipping=2" and add "address_override=1" so that shipping address information will be added into the transaction?
