Hello good people of HostBill forums.

Does anyone experiencing that hostbill become slow and un-responsive after 2014-03-24 update?
Because I do ...

For example when I want to add (for example) new form field from Settings > Product & Settings > [my_order_page] > [my_product] > Components, using the + Add new form field it only show a dark floating container with only loading icon with no other content (normally this contain the New Form Field wizard).

I waited and I waited and I waited until almost 10 minutes and nothing happens.

I also encounter this un-responsive-ness on other part of admin area such as when selecting client name on Edit Invoice or Add New Product, Etc

Or only me who encounter this problem ...

Anyway, cheers =)

try clearing your templates_c folder leaving the index file. and clear your browser cache. Also What are you running the HB interface on. Control panel and server specs. What is your site so I can see the page loading speed.

Hello, i've already clean up templace_c directory but it still un-responsive on ajax processes.
My server is using 2.0 Ghz XEON, 2 GB RAM, 512 MB PHP Memory Limit.
Client area is using MetroBill (no error so far on client area), problems only occur on admin area =)
And this never happened before the update  :)

But sorry i cannot give access to my server address since it is still on development phase :thumb:

* I guess i need to wait for further updates from hostbill :D
