Hi Guys,

A lot of critical bugs are being missed presumably because they do not have a high enough vote.  Lets pool together and all vote these up and get them fixed within the next month!

The Hostbill team needs to stop releasing new features until all of the major bugs are fixed and lots of smaller bugs need to be fixed as well.  They also need to go through the entire bug list and archive/remove all that have been fixed!  It's getting overloaded and hard to work out what has been fixed and what has not.

The Pareto principle can be applied to all software development. (80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.)

80% of development should be focused on bug fixes and improving existing features , only 20% or less should be spent on adding new features or order pages.

20% of the features provide 80% of the value to the customers.

The more new features that are added the more maintenance and new bugs that will come up,  more work for HB and headaches for us.

The best thing HB can do is let its customers determine which bugs and features are more valuable to them.

It is really important for HostBill to get the bugtracker "back in track" if its serious about being competitive and creating a sustainable business, and just as important allow its customers, to run a competitive business.

I don't believe it!  They've pulled the bug report and list.  Probably due to this post!

I don't understand.. It's greate software.. Really great.. But why they do that.. No any official forum (one guy only need to be on support), no any bug repair.. Ahh..

They lost the game. The next i suspect is that they go down and change their brand and re-open with another. Their reputation is killed ;)
They are the most unprofessional company i've ever seen in my whole life, and what is more worse is that I am using their software  :o, hopefully within a short time I am switching...
No one ever had good experience with them when needed, this is my personal experience after talking with developers, users and companies.
The lack of the support and change of their stupid strategy day-2-day is "killing" them.

I don't trust Kris at all. He is a fool which need basic education in how to run business.

Maybe not fool.. But.. I think he don't want to support that anymore ? And i don't know why... Yearly support for 50$ it's greate, and why don't do that, not 75$ for tickets...?
