plesk 10 module error message when i click create button

the test connection to plesk10 is success.

when i click create button, on top left there is error message

8:02 Module (Plesk10): Parser error: Request is invalid. Error in line 16: Element 'add-packages-to-customer-pool': This element is not expected.
8:02 Account #21 creation failed

for cpanel module is ok. what happen will cause this? ( i have whmcs in same server, it work perfect whether plesk or cpanel so i just can't figure out, thereis no much error about this when googling )

any expert may help?

Can I confirm what version of PLESK you are using and whether you are setting up a customer or reseller account?

Can you confirm the version and file you are using?   Also can you confirm you are using PLESK 10?
