Does Hostbill support Plesk 11.x?

It doesn't appear so and Plesk 11 has been out for about two years!

I am interested in Hostbill however lack of Plesk support prevents me from buying.

Plesk 11 is supported but you still have to buy the $199.99 module for it. You can tell its supported by going to the changelog and searching the page for "0000862"

Thanks, that's good to hear. The Plesk module description page still shows support for Plesk 10 only.

Worth mentioning that the module works with PLESK 11.5 as well.
