Order Form Oddities - Checkbox Options & Credit Card Payments

I am not entirely sure when this happened, maybe sometime in the last two weeks. On my order forms, I use components. Some of those components are checkboxes. Suddenly the checkboxes are auto-checked when they never used to be. Also, I use BluePay for a credit card gateway. Even though the customer submits a credit card on checkout, this is no longer being saved or submitted to the database. Anyone else seeing anything similar?

I can also reproduce the issues on a clean development server, so I'm thinking it's a result of an update, but I can't really prove that.

Been having the same issue with auth.net some times the cards are saved and sometimes its not. Submit a bug report and we will vote it up.

Are other users having issues with saving the client credit card in the database on a new order, or am I the only one?
