Problem with h-sphere module

Hello  please help me, my parallels h-sphere module doesn't work (h-sphere version 3.6.2).
Add new server "Test Configuration" = Error
Create new account "Module(Hsphere): java.lang.NullPointerException" and "Account creation failed"
but export from h-sphere to hostbill fork fine.
I can suspend and resume exported user, but can't change password.
any ideas?
