Dedicated servers Pro-Order Form error version 2013-12-20

Hi,
After update to new version 2013-12-20 now show this error at /clients/?cmd=cart&do=5.

Uh oh! Something went wrong ...
Our billing system encountered an temporary error.
Please try to perform last action again. If error persists let us know, we will do our best to fix it.

Any suggestions how to fix it?

Same problem here, I had to change to Dedicated New order form because of this and the logic not working in Pro-Order form
