Issue with Nagios upgrade

Hi,
I could not able to upgrade the version of Nagios as it is getting the mesg "Nagios monitoring module (class.nagios.php) - local version: 1.0, new version: 4.65"  under Auto-upgrade

However the version of hostbill shows the latest version.

How can I resolve this issue?

Download latest version, and overwrite nagios module folder.
