Quick question, has anyone ever noticed this in their Admin Panel Dashboard, in the System Information section at the bottom:

IMAP - No ssl support - Warning: Your PHP IMAP extension is missing SSL support, importing tickets using POP method over ssl will fail.

Wondering where I should look to fix this...

Thanks!

Lawrence

That's actually normal. It means you've properly secured your server and have disabled the php info file.

HostBill references the php info file to make these types of checks, which is an invalid method. Unfortunately this is a permanent bug / inconvenience until Kris changes the method in which the check is performed.

The best way to verify if it's actually working is to temporarily enable the PHP info file and refresh your admin page, then quickly disable PHP's info display in your php.ini file under disable_functions.

And to think that you could have spent $75 opening a support ticket to never be told that. Wow, what a deal it is to be a member of HostBillForums.com!
