Fancy comparison, one-step checkout has a bug with Paypal payment option

Hello everyone,

Here is a bug description

Unlike paying off invoices Customers who place a new order have no option to pay with Credit Cards if Paypal is selected as a payment option. This check-out page is always expect a Paypal email account to be provided. If not so, it does not let a new order to be processed, i.e. paid off with a credit card.

This is causing a major issue with those who does not have a Paypal account and wants to use a credit card. As a result we losing customers that cannot pay with a credit card via Paypal, i.e. without using a Paypal account.
