PowerDNS connection

I am having issues getting Hostbill to connect to Power DNS.

I input all of the correct information in hostbill and click test connection and it says that it cannot connect.

The real troubling thing is that I can ssh into the hostbill server and connect to the sql installation from the command line...

# MySQL -h <PowerDNS Server IP> -u <pdnsuser> -p

Connects fine and I can run queries against the PowerDNS database.  However, when I attempt to connect Hostbill to it, I get a connection error.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?  Known bug?

What version are you running ?
CentOS ? Ubuntu?

Did you use the script from hb itself or manual install? (powerDNS)

dcapone

centos 6.4.

I used an rpm package for the powerdns install.  I was unaware there was a hostbill script.  Keep in mind that the powerdns server is not the same system that hostbill is on.  Where would I find the hostbill script?

I can't remember if it is possible to use the script on centos 6.4, i have though, powerdns installed on different version from 6.0 to 6.4

The script is for CentOS 6.0, it may work on 6.4- i can't remember what I did. A manual install or the script :)
