Everything is broken

Hello community.

I'm with HostBill since it was in version 2.4.  I've a very strange issue with my HostBill. Last day I noticed some pages in admin area such general settings and some plugin pages such as auto upgrade and custom plugins are bronken in the way that after the menu just powered phrase is displayed. Today manually upgraded HB. No error however after upgrade everything is now broken. Index page (index.php) ONLY displays powered phrase and admin area blank page. No error_log file is generated.

Please help me to fix this very strange and unexpected iisue.

Do you have a backup to restore from? If the first upgrade broke did you just run a manual one on the same database? You will have to edit the database and change the version so it see the correct one before you can try the update if they do not match.

What version did you have before the upgrade? 2.4 you have listed but can you put more detail in it?
