invoices not being email on creation

I still have this really annoying bug that when the cron runs and invoices are generated, they are not always being emailed out.

IE somedays say 6 invoices are created, maybe one is emailed the rest do not. Otherdays 0 invoices are emailed out.

Anyone experiencing this??
