GEOIP not working

Guys,

I was pretty active on the original HB forum but this is my first post here and hopefully someone can help out.

We can't get GEOIP to function correctly for one of our customers with Hostbill on a Cloud Server.

The latest CSV database imports fine but it just never works. GEOIP page fails t load anything and their live chat just shows United Kingdom United Kingdom for everything.

Are you getting any errors in the error_log? What are you running hostbill on apache or something else? What is the version of the geoip module you have installed and the database? I just tested it out with hostbill livechat module Version: 1.0 Filename: class.livechat.php and I do notice that if you test with a system that has both ipv4 and ipv6 address it pulls the ipv6 address first and wont load the maps. But if you use a system with just ipv4 enabled in google you have to load the unsafe scripts that would be in the top right corner of the browser it will reload the livechat with the script running and the maps will load.
