$0.01 metered billing bug

Hi Everyone,

I previously reported a bug with metered billing where HB adds a recurring amount of 1 cent to metered plans. It was voted to 19 severity but HB was unable to reproduce and hence marked it as "not a bug" therefore I recreated a new one with more details on how to reproduce.

Please help getting this to their attention as we're stuck on 4.8.2 because of this. See the attached images to understand what this bug does. In screenshot #2, the amount should be $0.00 monthly + $10.00 setup fee but as you can see the monthly fee is actually $0.01.
