Proxmox + Ipam Setup can control monthly bandwidth?

Hi there.

Hostbill + Ipam can control the monthly bandwidth? Something like insert 500gb of traffic monthly.

I don't have colocation servers, I have 3 servers and some IPs for then.

A big question is... I have Hostbill and Ipam module, but can't find where i can download the module. Tried on client area, but it shows only the product and don't has a link to download it.

I have not seen an option to control bandwidth on for vps or cloud. The module hasn't seen an update in a while I have requested features and updates with no luck. I was looking at moving to whmcs as they have a few new modules for proxmox that works with bandwidth control and ip management.
