welcome email variables

created a new vps for client and sent the vps welcome email.  It did not find anything I had put in the additional ip's (ipam section) for the vps and Stated the OS was Windows 2008 Standard 32 bit (which we dont use?!) ...  any idea where it gets the values for {if $service.os!=""}OS: {$service.os} {/if}  ?!
