Pricing 4.99 in pay it's 4.03

I don't know why but in settings i had price 4.99 and in price table i had 4.99 , but if i "buy it" i get price 4.03 . Someone had some problem with that too ?

Can you specify the steps that you do? Your information is for me a little bit to short to understand and reproduce this.

Product price = 4.99 in system
In pricing secition on website it's show 4.99 but in invoice we get 4.03

i can´t reproduce this. I have created a product with a price of 4.99 and if i order this the cart shows the correct price. I have HB Version: 4.9.6:4506
