How to change: "welcome to our client portal"

I've grep'd for this string throughout the entire dir tree and I can't find it.

I really want to change this, which is what it says when you first go to the home page hostbill.

I would like it to say something like, "Welcome to XYZ companies customer service center" or somethign like that.

Where do I change this?

I believe its in the language section. Edit the Languages » English » Section in root change the welcome info

You can find it in the client language settings if you search for "welcome" than you find the "Welcome to our Client Portal".
