Support Mail "Not Found" since HB 4.9.4

Hi,

since update to the HB Version 4.9.4 i have the problem that all imported E-Mails end up in "Not Found" so i only can see that there a Support-Mails if i take a look at the "Ticket import log"

If someone has the same problems please vote the bug: https://help.hostbillapp.com/?cmd=bugtracker&action=bug&id=478

if this is not fixed, it is not possible to get any mails on the ticket-system :/

i think this bug comes with the new fix "[general] [tickets] Ticket system does not respect case insensitivity of emails".

This is not the problem. This problem was with the release of 4.9.2 with this new option "Added: Support: Ticket departments can now use more than one import email configuration " so this is now over 1 week old and i fixed this on the same day. I only had to re add my passwords.

The new problem since 4.9.4 is, that all mails get "Not Found" what is not the same problem as "Incorrect authentication" for the POP3-Mailbox because the mails are all fetched from the mailboxes and get than the "Not Found", so you can only read the mails in the "Ticket import log" this means they are all imported correctly but they are not sorted to the ticket departments because HB means "Not Found"

Okay then I'll go ahead and take the plunge and u/g from 4.9.0 where I am now.

I guess it will be my turn to go first and upgrade next time and endure the breakages obo you guys who walked point for us this time LOL!

I'm thinking that I'll do three upgrades this time, first to 4.92, fix the initial email issue by inputting the pwds again, then to the 4.9.4 that I have, and then by d/l'ing and applying the patch to fix all imports (As I'm not sure if d/l'ing 4.9.4 now includes the patch or not).

I sure hope this *truly* fixes the bug where HostBill doesn't respect the case insensitivity of email addresses, and thanks to everyone who took time out of their busy days to vote up that bug!
