Hey Guys,

I have just moved my hostbill install to a different server and when loading the page it just hangs and eventually times out.
If I turn off iptables it loads. I presume its trying to verify license or something.
Anyone know what ports I need to open to fix this? I have looked through documentation and cannot find it.

Thanks in advance.

I would imagine it would be 443 or even 80, but...

Check that your settings actually match at: https://hostbillapp.com/clientarea/index.php?/clientarea/services/hostbill-licenses/

Check here too: http://wiki.hostbillapp.com/index.php?title=Moving_HostBill_to_different_location

Are you still able to get into the client area?

What are your outgoing rules?

What does Ethereal/Wirehsark show?

Are you Nat'd behind a public IP or are you using a public IP?

You can post output from your captures to http://pastie.org/ or http://pastebin.ca/ or http://pastebin.com/ or http://picpaste.com/ and perhaps we can glean something from the capture logs.
