You dont have permission to download this file

Hi Guys,

I tried to download the FlatUI client theme so I can have a proper look and I receive a message back saying

"You dont have permission to download this file
Note: All Hosting Modules, Orderpages, Client area themes that were free up to 2013-05-26 are included in your HostBill download package.
Separate downloads are not required"

What the hell?  I have to request a quote?  Seriously Kris?  I am your longest loyal client and you serve me with that message?  Argh!
