Invoice not being automatically generated

Hello,

I have a service (account) which the invoice is not being generated for.

Normally, on most accounts the automation will show something to the effect of:

    In 355 days (2023-02-05) next invoice will be generated (Account #18948 ) - generate now
    In 362 days (2023-02-12) account will reach its due date

but on this account I am getting only the due date, not any invoice generation:

In 13 days (2022-02-28) account will reach its due date

Does anyone have any idea what I need to look at to get this service to generate invoices?
