Automation default settings

Hello,
Can I change the default automation settings, for example "Send payment reminder emails"?
Now the default:
"Send Overdue Invoice Reminder Email after 1, 2, 3 day after the due date for service/product.
I'd like to change the '1, 2, 3', to '1, 5, 10'

You can use Bulk Update to set the based on a Model Product.  I don't think Defaults are kept in the system for users to change.
