Anti Fraud Logic and modules

Fraud modules
I have 3 enabled.  Looks like they might need to be in order?
I have Hostbills anti fraud, FraudRecord, and Maxmind. 
had it like "this way first"

Wondering if order matters?
Should be like "thinking it should be this way"

It seems to find the first one that passes and not check the others.

Also wondering if I am only allowed one module in use?

All:

I was able to find out they system did do all of the checks Hostbill, Maxmind and fraudrecord.  Looks all good in the logs.  Also looks like the system doesn't care about order.

Order is only important to reduce cost. For example if Hostbill's own antifraud flags and blocks an order, your Maxmind credit will not be used.
I have had a lot of false-positives with Hostbill Antifraud though and some technical issues with Fraudrecord in the past while none of their combined blocks would not have been detected  by Maxmind. So I decided to go Maxmind-only - so far so good

I put them in order as well. Makes sense to me.
