Hello,

Is there any way to enable search service box like it use to be on old 'modern panel' template ? I have one customer with 100 servers and he keep asking to add it but I can't.

Sorry I think you are look for the client portal side.  I think this is only for Admin side.

The new 2019 cp has a client side search. You might look at that.
