Client: Change Billing Cycle from Yearly to Monthly, how?

Hi,

How do we change a clients billing cycle from yearly to monthly and update their invoice?

The client is MIA at present but has enough credit for three months.
- They threatened to sue us last year because they didn't renew/select auto-renew on their domain
