Fix for .CO Whois changing strings frequently

Hi,

The whois for .CO is changing the strings it returns when no domain is available and that's constantly breaking the domain lookups.

To fix this, I've changed the config to establish a domains is not available when it returns 'Registry Domain ID' instead..

I've only changed the following.

1. Test string set to "Registry Domain ID"
2. Availability test set  to "Unavailable if test string found"

Is that all you have to do?
