Order Pages not working, New Templates incomplete

Hi

I have been a Hostbill customer since 2010. I dont mind paying for a good quality software however I must say that recently Hostbill is really taking chances with the patience of the customers.

I purchased the Fullpanel template and found that it is incomplete and rubbish in that even some links dont work. I paid $399 for that and cannot even use it

I had forgotten about the issue with the fullpanel and now I find that some order pages dont work. The cloud slider, one step customization does not work and many other issues ongoing that we find out daily

I really dont see Hostbill going far if they cannot fix basic things especially if they charging for this

I agree with you on Hostbills directions but why would you pay that much for a template to begin with? What's wrong with the cloud slider? We have noticed that when new themes come out not all the order pages and modules work with them. If you use the default template it works better but still you will have issues elsewhere. Most if not all the css coding needs to get cleaned up and fixed, well lets just say that all the coding needs to get fixed from the ground up =D It does seem that the more order pages and modules that get released every update, the rest of hostbill starts to suffer. Most of it is bad or quick coding without verifying anything, the rest is bad leadership skills and directions. When it comes down to $399 for a 15 minute template or order page you know the company has issues and wont last long as all they care about is the money and not the product. Hostbill was great software when it came out and ahead of its time in some areas but it is dying slowly. Newer companies are coming out with their own cp/billing software hopefully they do some research first to know what clients want and expect from a billing interface.

Okay that was a statement or announcement I guess.

Because if it were a question, and no offense, one be asked, "After everything you've seen here (absolutely no support; a week or more and up to a year for 17hr guaranteed tech support tickets to be answered - if ever; and broken, worthless new modules that you're entitled to anyway considering you've been a customer since 2010....

Why would you do something like that when it is almost universally considered to be only the folly of.... <insert your adjective or noun of choice here>.

Again, that looked like a statement of facts or an observation, and since it wasn't a question I think you'll escape the "we told you so", but really, that was a bad move on your part. Throwing away money like that.

That having been said, I am really interested in knowing why you chose to continue to fund kbkp - even though everyone knows beforehand that anyone who spends money on their software at this time is only going to get burned.
