Ticker URL in emails

Hello,

Is the ticket URL in the ticket replies supposed to link you directly to the ticket without a login? I noticed a hash in the link so I assume this should be login-less? Even when you do login, it doesn't redirect you properly to the ticket.

Sample link: http://hb.com/?cmd=tickets&action=view&num=511583&hash=g9698y

Anyone else experience this?

Evan on at the hostbillapp.com it is the same behavior. I wondered about that myself, and chalked it up not as a bug, but rather, a crappy systems analysis process.

Well it may not be that way now LOL. I haven't bothered to try and open a ticket there for a very long time ;)

Maybe this is meant for unregistered clients. Haven't tested that.
