Hi

How do you prevent support ticket system from ticket loops for NDR s or automatic reply email triggers?

I had a similar issue - from just this sort of thing. I want to delete log entries - but only certain items and/or between certain times. I don't see how to do that.

Here's what I did to alleviate the issue.

You can go into that department and create a pre-import filter. Just set it to the sender email - usually something like postmaster@somebox.com, and then set your disposal method.

But I decided to do it on the server itself. I don't want HostBill to have to handle some bogus email at all, so when I saw a loop coming from an SMTP server that said the SPAMmer didn't have an account on that machine, I just created a filter on the SMTP server that handles the IMAP that HostBill picks up from.

Now to figure out how to delete four pages of logs that I don't want to have t wade through, without deleting pertinent historical logs.
