hostbill + observium no graphs

Hi,

I configured observium app on hostbill, all looks correct, test connection was succeded, but when I want to assign switch port to client it doesn't display any graph neither any data. It looks like a blank page.
I tried to increase php memory, but it doesn't work...
When I log with administrator role into hostbill and I add observium product to customer, I can choose which switch and switchs port is available to costumer, but hostbill doesnot display any graph, there are not graphs on hostbill administration mode neither on hostbill client area.
It is like connection between hostbill and observium doesnot work because hostbill doesnot calculate 95th percentile, used bandwidth...

But I can see all switches and their ports, as well as when we test connection it says Test Configuration Success....

Any idea?
