Is it possible to receive emails in html and view it in help desk?

There was some discussion of this a couple of weeks back. I don't think so.

From what I recall (and you should check using the search function), the raw HTML code came right on through into the ticket w/no rendering.

Or maybe those were outgoing mails. I can't remember.
