applying payments to multiple invoices

Hi Just bought host bill but the support is weird.
Not sure if Im missing something but How to you apply payment to multiple open invoices?

When there're multiple invoices, a "Pay All" button should show up. You may have to enable this setting under General Settings > Billing.
