How to receive a copy of payment confirmation to another email address

I want to receive a copy of any payment confirmation to another email address
that means when some body orders and he pays the same payment confirmation he receives
I want a copy to be sent to whatsoever@whatsoeverdomain.com

Under general settings you have the billing tab, in there you can setup the email address to receive the invoice copies.
