Admin and Cron controllers

Hi all,

We are developing (object-oriented) Hostbill provisioning module for integration with external platform.
However, we encountered a problem when using module admin controller and module cron controller at the same time.
Any other controllers are compatible with each other, but only when we implement Admin and Cron controller at the same time, Hostbill throws an error with message "You cannot redeclare class...".
All code is implemented using advises from Hostbill official online documentation, but there is no info about using both admin and cron controllers, and possible bugs.

Our goal is to have admin controller to implement changes on Admin UI, but we also want Cron controller for automation of module tasks.
Is this possible by using module controllers, or is there another way for achieving this goal?

Thanks in advance,
Nemanja.
