not just setting up a few products but complete and in video format I do not have time to go through
text and read

There are plenty of video tutorials on http://hostbillapp.com under each feature.  There is no "easy button".  You will need to dedicate many hours to setup.  Hostbill even with all of the companies problems is a complex software
