He's blocked, I think, because his IP indicates a GEOIP of Canada ;)

Some MPAA/RIAA/usukAA thang prolly. Performance Rights, etc. Australia and Germany have a lot of issues too with things people in the US take for granted (we get blocked from very little).

Perhaps another reason for me to plug my friends at https://www.tunnelr.com/ again - Unlimited SSH tunneling for 5 bucks a month.
